Wow! What a month it has been…so much has happened in the last 4 weeks that is feels like it should be towards the end of the year instead of the beginning.
Let’s see, I started the month with a medication adjustment for my insulin that I started in December. We had snow 2 times. I dropped and broke my cell phone while shoveling snow with my walker. Hit a small financial crisis. Not feeling well for most of the month…fighting a fever on and off. Had to cancel my monthly doctor appointment with my PCP due to the snow. My mental health is hanging on by a bungee cord and is bouncing all over.
I have hope that next month with be better…January was just a fluke, right?!?! I mean isn’t January supposed to be a testing period for the new year and you need to work out all the kinks to see what works and what does not. Well, that is how I am going to look at it anyways. Let’s go February, let’s go!!!
