My biggest challenge is myself…my self esteem is not great all the time. I think a lot of people with a dash of mental illness (and even some that do not) can relate…the mind is a complex being and tends to play a little too not so nice at times. I tend to over think, second guess, self doubt, lower my self worth, etc…and that mostly is not good. I also allow others to park their negativity in my already chaotic brain. So you can say that I basically sabotage myself and sometimes will allow the misplaced words of others sabotage me as well.
