Quiche anyone???

Do you like quiche? I like quiche too. Okay, now that we got that settled and out of the way. I figured out a quick and asy way to make a crustless quiche in less than 15 minutes (a bit more time if you’re gonna pair it with bacon) plus it cooks pretty much the same as the sausage links. So you can make yourself a little quiche with a side of sausage (or bacon if you’d like), pour a cup of coffee, and have a yummy breakfast in 20 minutes or less. Do you want the recipe? Of course, you want the recipe. And bonus, it is an air fryer recipe and requires now measuring. So grap 3 or 4 eggs, maybe a 1/4 cup or so of cheese, some cooked bacon crumbles (you could also use cooked sausage or ham or othe breakfast meat crumbled up), salt, and pepper. Whisk it all up in a bowl or a measuring cup like I do. Then pour it into the cups of a muffin pan. Pop it in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 350 degrees give or take. Everyone’s air fryers are different so you just need to know how your air fryer is and watch your little quiches. FYI, I also cooked up some hashbrown patties that were air fried for 20 minutes at about 400 degrees.

Enjoy your yummy breakfast!
